| Progress of factory projects inspected in Magway Division |
|
 NAY PYI TAW, 6 July - Minister for Industry-1 U Aung Thaung heard reports on construction of horse stables, feedstuff warehouses, breeding of horses and tasks for 99-acre pasture for horses presented by Project Manager Dr Aung Khaing of Horse Breeding Project (Yanpei) under Myanma Pharmaceutical Industries of the Ministry of Industry-1 in Taungdwingyi Township yesterday.
The minister inspected the projects site and instructed officials to extend the pasture and strive for breeding horses.ses.
At Cereal Products Factory Project of Myanma Foodstuff Industries, the minister inspected maize warehouses and products of the factory.
At Feedstuff Factory, the minister in strutted officials to install machines at the factory as soon as possible. Factory Manager U Zaw Tun Aung reported on expenditure for 2006-07, production task and growing of maize. Managing Director U Thaik Tun and General Manager Dr Cho Win Maw gave supplementary reports.
The minister left instructions on extended cultivation of maize for supplying raw materials to the factory and efforts to be made for boosting production. ----- MNA |
